what zemi stores

zemi may store your phone number, sms conversation history, images you send, inferred preferences, and account/admin metadata needed to operate the service.

how it is used

zemi uses your information to reply, remember useful context, improve response quality, prevent abuse, troubleshoot delivery, and maintain the product.

shopping

when you use zemi for shopping she stores the products you send or ask about, what you asked her to find or watch, sizes you tell her, and whether you turned finds on, with the words you used and when. if a link goes through zemi.chat, she records that it was opened. she does not store payment cards and has no access to your store or shop pay accounts. she does not use anything about your body or your cycle to decide when to text you about shopping, and she does not share what you look at with stores or advertisers. a store you visit from a link sees what it sees from any visitor, plus a tag saying the visit came from zemi.

service providers

zemi uses Linq for messaging, Anthropic and OpenRouter for AI responses and image analysis, and Vercel and Neon for hosting and storage. for shopping, her servers read public product pages and shopify’s public product catalog; those requests do not include your name or number. in chatgpt, OpenAI operates chatgpt itself under its own privacy policy. message content and relevant context are processed by these services to provide replies. authorized administrators can review conversations to investigate problems and improve quality. deletion from zemi’s database does not itself erase provider logs or backups; those follow the providers’ retention policies.

zemi in chatgpt

if you use zemi inside chatgpt, chatgpt sends zemi only what a request needs: your question and the details you give for it (like a birth date, a message you pasted, or photos you chose to share), plus an anonymized account id and coarse location hints such as your timezone. zemi never receives your chatgpt conversation history.

zemi stores, under a one-way hash of that anonymized id: the birth details you ask her to save, your settings, the birth details of people you save, and, only if you turn on cycle timing, the period start dates and cycle length you give her. photos and pasted messages are used to answer the request and are not stored. usage logs record which feature ran and whether it worked, never your words.

if you link your zemi number, zemi in chatgpt can use what you've told zemi by text and save notes you ask her to remember. linking uses a one-time code zemi texts to your number; tokens are stored only as hashes. you can unlink at any time from chatgpt's settings.

to remove it all, ask zemi in chatgpt to delete your data, or use forget for one item. turning cycle timing off deletes the stored dates. profiles that haven't been used for twelve months are deleted automatically. cycle data is used only for your own reads, is never sold or used for advertising, and is not medical advice.

deleting your data

you can delete your profile and conversation records from zemi’s active database. text “delete my data” to your zemi number and reply DELETE to confirm. this permanently removes your stored conversation history, image references, inferred preferences, and profile, and cannot be undone. you can also email us to request deletion.

how long data is kept

zemi keeps your data while your account is active so she can remember useful context. if you unsubscribe with STOP, your data is automatically deleted after 30 days. you can delete it sooner at any time with “delete my data.”
