what zemi stores
zemi may store your phone number, sms conversation history, images you send, inferred preferences, and account/admin metadata needed to operate the service.
how it is used
zemi uses your information to reply, remember useful context, improve response quality, prevent abuse, troubleshoot delivery, and maintain the product.

reply STOP to unsubscribe, START to rejoin, or HELP for help. message and data rates may apply.
deleting your data
you can erase everything zemi knows about you at any time. text “delete my data” to your zemi number and reply DELETE to confirm. this permanently removes your conversation history, images, inferred preferences, and profile, and cannot be undone. you can also email us to request deletion.
how long data is kept
zemi keeps your data while your account is active so she can remember useful context. if you unsubscribe with STOP, your data is automatically deleted after 30 days. you can delete it sooner at any time with “delete my data.”
